2025 - NEXT LEVEL CLUB SUMMER TRAINING

Next Level Club is a six-week summer training program designed to help youth athletes (ages 7โ€“17) elevate their track and basketball skills. The program runs from July 7, 2025, to August 14, 2025 with intensive 90-minute sessions Monday through Thursday. Boys and girls will train in age-appropriate groups at outdoor facilities in Forest Park, NY focusing on sport-specific techniques, strength & conditioning, and competitive play.

Whether your child is just getting started or looking to level up their performance, NEXT LEVEL CLUB is where youth athletes train with purpose, power, and progress. Each session is led by licensed physical education teachers and experienced coaches in a motivating, supportive environment.

โœ… SESSION 1: PE UNIT MIX (Ages 7โ€“10)

Learning Objective: Introduce young athletes to a variety of sports and help them develop foundational skills, teamwork, and confidence in movement.

Learning Objective: Build endurance, speed, strength, and mental discipline through structured track workouts and conditioning.
